1. Add 5mmol zirconia, 5mmol silicon powder, and 50mmol lithium metal into a 20ml stainless steel autoclave and seal it. 2. The reaction products were washed with distilled water, then respectively with dilute hydrochloric acid and anhydrous ethanol washing each time, after washing the product of the filter, then 60 ℃ in the vacuum drying oven drying 4 hours get zirconium silicide nanomaterials, based on the preparation of zirconium silicide nanomaterial quality and the quality of the raw material of zirconium dioxide used, it is concluded that the yield of zirconium silicide was 85%.
