The M Resort Spa Casino launched a new type of show to the city on January 26. Similar to a network television cooking show, the 60-minute Martini Time with Chef Tina Martini treats a live audience to entertaining and educational demonstrations, complimentary food/beverage sampling and a special “handy hints” and “tasty tips” handout – a Chef Tina signature.
Martini Time with Chef Tina Martini is presented exclusively inside Studio B Buffet’s intimate cooking studio – which features multiple TV cameras and lights, the latest Viking appliances and state-of-the-art kitchen cutlery and equipment. The kitchen within a kitchen concept was custom-built specifically for an ongoing cooking show.
“So many people want to learn – whether it’s learning cooking techniques, entertainment tips or strategies for better health and wellness. Tina brings tremendous knowledge in all those areas. She’s witty, energetic and most importantly personable. We’re looking forward to having her as our resident show chef,” said Anthony A. Marnell III, Chairman and CEO of the M Resort.

The Palms Casino Resort announces that crooner Jimmy Hopper will return to Las Vegas to perform in The Lounge every Sunday evening.
Jimmy Hopper who was once described as “Freddie Mercury meets Andréa Bocelli” comes to the resort backed by his award-winning performers and belting out a mix of opera vocals to symphonic rock.

Outrageous comedian Andrew Dice Clay to open new show at @LasVegasHilton beginning Feb. 4.
Comedian Andrew Dice Clay signs a long-term contract with the Las Vegas Hilton. Dice will perform a minimum 28 weeks, beginning February 4, with show times at 11:00 p.m. in the casino’s 350-seat Shimmer Showroom.
“The Hilton is known for having the Kings of Entertainment. Elvis, The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, and a who’s who of the world’s top entertainers. And now, they have me, The Undisputed Heavyweight Comedy King," comments Dice. “I’ve done the Elvis showroom before, but now I’ve made the decision to make Vegas a more permanent gig, the Shimmer Room is the perfect place to be.”
